Jetta 5 TSI in for a quick oil change, filter, brake pads and light engine bay clean up.
Mk 6 Golf TSI came in a non runner, removed cylinder head and found all the intake valves bent along with broken turbo. Reconditioned the head and turbo and fitted a new timing chain and tensioner.
Golf 6 TSI came in for timing chain noise. We replaced damaged parts with new exhaust cam gear, new crank gear, new timing chain and new OEM side cover gasket. Started on first turn of the key with zero noise.
VW Touran 1.4 TSI came in as a non runner. Removed cylinder head and found the tensioner had failed, which in turn caused the timing chain to jump and bend all the valves. Replaced the head, replaced the oil pump and timing chain along with the tensioners. Good to go again.
Audi TT 2.0 TSI in for its regular service. On time every time.
